Durkan believe in innovation and have chosen to use Insulated Formwork Concrete (ICF) to build Fairfield.  ICF combines off site methods of construction with on site work and allows for all structures to be completed and delivered sooner than traditional concrete built houses.  In addition, by using ICF, Durkan have reduced the carbon footprint of the development with a lot less truck journeys to the site during the construction phase of the homes.
